There’s no place like ohm: Phoenix yoga spots

I have a muffin top over my jeans. I’m stiff when I do the most mundane of physical tasks. My giant clothing still fits, but I can feel the tell-tale signs.

I need to work out.

My ears hurt when I run in the cold. My gym membership changed their fees. I’m thinking that it might be time to break out the yoga mat and start downward dogging.

My favorite spot:

A Desert Song
4811 N. 7th St.
Phoenix, AZ 85014
A Desert Song is my first…and favorite yoga studio in town. It doesn’t try too hard — and has the feeling of what a yoga studio should be.
